Lidar Measuring & Estimating
Lidar is used to record room layouts and measurements allowing Bulldog Restoration Technicians the ability to go back and measure between any two captured data points – at any time. Bulldog is able to generate both 3D and 2D models of the project area, making it easy to see equipment placement, moisture points and damages as a result of fire, water, mold and storm.
Remote Monitoring Solutions
A large part of drying out a structure is understanding and recording psychrometric data (temp, relative humidity, dew point, gpp). Bulldog® places this information in easy to read reports so that we can justify our actions and show progress in our drying efforts. With remote monitoring, our sensors will automatically record and store drying data complete with moisture readings of affected materials and relay – real time – this data back to our home office. The ability to set alerts based on real conditions in your home or business makes drying faster, easier and more precise! Bulldog Cleaning & Restoration doesn’t need to schedule a site visit to get important updates on your project. This results in less contractor visits and expedited drying based on un-manipulated site data!
