Our Bulldog® Production Team undergoes industry training and certification through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration (“IICRC”). In addition to IICRC trainings, our staff is required to participate in rigorous in-house training modules designed to hone specialty skill sets.

Fast Response Time
Bulldog® Technicians want to be on-site as quickly as possible after the discovery of water damage. Removing standing water, affected contents and setting stabilization equipment can drastically reduce the amount of time it takes to dry a property and time to put it all back together again. More importantly, fast response times can reduce the chances of microbial growth and development of harmful bacteria, contaminants and pathogens .

Documentation
If it isn't captured in a photo or otherwise documented, it never happened. For this reason, Bulldog® has placed a significant amount of resources towards efficiently documenting our projects and then producing the formatted data in a way where it is easy to find, send and review when you need it the most. There is rarely a time when Bulldog® is unable to produce supporting documentation to help justify our services!

Communication
Most issues on a job site can be traced back to one simple thing - lack of communication. From first contact through to completion, Bulldog® ensures everyone understands exactly what we are doing, why we need to do it and the costs associated with our services. Our customers have access to a personal Client Portal, are always CC'd on carrier emails, given a direct number to call (or text) and frequent progress updates along the way.
Custom Client Portal
Our personalized Client Portal is accessible across any platform or device and gives all of our Customers access to pertinent job related documents, photos, media and reports. Clients are able to electronically sign agreements and proposals as well as view documents or reports and keep an eye on the overall production schedule. Access to this data is easily shared to insurance agents, adjusters, contractors or family and friends. If you need a paper copy, everything is easy to download or print. If not, you have access to this information for as long as you keep the link!
Electronic Signatures
Bulldog® makes sending and receiving and signing job related information easy. To review a document, simply open your email or text and click the link to sign from the comfort of your home or office. You can also electronically sign all documents from your personal Client Portal!
Virtual Walkthrough
Meeting contractors, adjusters or property inspectors can be time consuming. Bulldog® utilizes the latest equipment and software to generate high quality 360° images, organizing them into a virtual walkthrough and saving you time from meeting new people at your property.
3D Dollhouse Models
Bulldog® harnesses the power of handheld Lidar technology to generate 3D dollhouse scans of project areas. This allows our team to measure between any two points, at any time, within an acceptable margin of error. It also adequately documents site conditions prior to the start of the project.
2D Sketches
2D sketches and floor plans award materially interested parties the ability to get familiar with a space and its measurements without having to go back and re-visit the job site. Our 2D sketch reports not only provide a layout, but can also provide measurements for fixtures, doors and windows too!
